Durham Mayor Bill Bell presented Jacksonville Jaguar David Garrard with the "Key to the City" Saturday, June 20 at Southern High School. Garrard, a 1997 Southern High School graduate, a record-setting former quarterback at East Carolina and current signal-caller for the Jacksonville Jaguars, was joined by top active and retired NFL players, family and friends.
