Hassel-back to practice Wednesday

"No promises," coach Jim Mora said. But the expectation is quarterback Matt Hasselbeck will practice Wednesday for the first time since suffering a fractured rib in Seattle's loss at San Francisco Sept. 20. "Hopefully he can go out there and do some things, and I think if he can do some things that will give him a little bit more confidence and then he can do a little more Thursday, a little more Friday and hopefully be ready to go Sunday, but we just have to wait and see."
