Greg Jennings sat out practice today with a hip injury, but coach Mike McCarthy said the Packers are "just being smart with" their No. 1 receiver and the injury is no concern.Inside linebacker Brandon Chillar also was added to the injury report as limited after having a neck spasm during a team drill. The only other change to the injury report was the return to practice of fullback Quinn Johnson (ankle), who was listed as a full participant.Left tackle Chad Clifton (ankle) is "50-50" to practice Friday but could possibly play on Sunday at Cleveland even without practicing, McCarthy said. Right tackle Mark Tauscher (knee) has practiced two days in a row but almost certainly remains a week away from his 2009 debut.-- Tom Pelissero, tpelisse@greenbaypressgazette.comhttp://twitter.com/tompelissero
