After a week of conflicting reports and uncertainty at the quarterback position, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has cleared the air and told reporters backup quarterback Brad Johnson would start against the Rams Sunday. He even seemed to suggest there had never been any doubt Johnson would be the starter this week. Romo is expected to dress out and be the primary backup to Johnson.
