Top Ten Active Quarterbacks

  • 1
    Tom Brady

Now some might argue that Peyton Manning belongs here. Now here is why I disagree, Brady does not have the stats and records but he has done it where it counts. And when it is all said and done you don't remember the records, you remember the moments.

    Peyton Manning

He has the stats, the recrods and the ring. And he will continue to add onto his stats and earn more records and probably another ring or so before he calls it quits.

  • 3
    Ben Roethlisberger

You know Big Ben isn't going to wow you with stats or break the season Touchdown record anytime soon. But what he will do is win when it counts and he has continued to do that over his short career. He has won two Vince Lombardi trophies in only five seasons.

  • 4
    Donovan McNabb

Say what you will about Donovan McNabb but no active Quarterback has done more with less. Every season he is healthy he gets the Eagles to the NFC Championship. I have no doubt in my mind that now that he has a real group of receivers he will no doubt win a Super Bowl Trophy. Once he does that he will move up to third place.

    Drew Brees

Drew did amazing things last year with one of the worst statistical defenses in the league. He kept his team in most games when the defense gave up so many points. But he has been doing that since his days in San Diego. His only problem is he doesn't seem to perform in the playoffs.

  • 6
    Kurt Warner

Warner did great things last year proving he still has it. I think he will fall from this list as early has next year. But for now he is number six.

  • 7
    Eli Manning

Say what you want and it is hard for me to do this, but he does win in big games. I believe if it weren't for Plaxico he wouldn't be as good and we will soon see if that is true. I do know that if it weren't for his defense that one year he would not be a Super Bowl winning QB. But no matter the excuses he still has that ring!

    Philip Rivers

Rivers has had a successful young career. Right now it is all up from here for Rivers.

  • 9
    Jay Cutler

I actually believe that Cutler is better than Rivers. But he hasn't really proven it yet. Pretty much because Rivers has won in the Playoffs and Cutler has not.

  • 10
    Carson Palmer

That's right Palmer lovers! Listen I don't know what the big deal is with this guy. He really hasn't had many successful seasons. During his career the Bengals have only made one trip to the playoffs and after that season he did diddly-squat.

Don't agree with this list? Write a comment and say what you'd change or add. Or make a new list.

  • Even though Big Ben has won a lot I would move him all the way down to the bottom and I don't think Eli deserves to be on that list or anywhere near it. Other than those two I think its a great list

I understand where you're coming from, but something has to be said about Players who win when it counts! Even though they may not have the stats.
