Leonard Davis showed at Valley Ranch Monday he thought with a jammed right thumb. Turns out it was broken.
He will not need surgery.
Wade Phillips said Davis suffered the injury in the first quarter at Kansas City and did not miss a snap, so it should not keep Davis out of any game action. Even if the Cowboys did not have the bye this weekend, he likely could play.

If you're looking for some life from the sideline, I'm not seeing anything.
I see the offensive line just sit there looking disinterested. I see Tony Romo and Jason Garrett going over the previous series with the pictures but there doesn't seem to be much life. I see the same from the defense when the offense is on the field.

Cowboys agreed to terms with CB/KR Allen Rossum, formerly of the 49ers. It took the 34-year-old one day to find work after being cut by the Niners.
