Panthers and Jets reach deal for Jenkins
The New York Jets and Carolina Panthers reached a deal early Friday morning for defensive tackle Kris Jenkins. In the deal, the Jets receive Jenkins while the Panthers get 3rd and 5th round picks in this years NFL Draft. I would think the Jets would look to rework Jenkins contract. Now to this deal, I think its stupid I really do!!! ....

While we're in the middle of celebrating Larry Johnson's 4 TD performance against Seattle on Sunday, while the media is goes down on Larry Johnson (after giving a courtesy reach-around to Peyton, of course), let's not forget that Larry Johnson is a twice-arrested domestic abuser.

Canadian Kicker Clutch Again
For the second time in eight games, Shaun Suisham kicked a walk-off, game-winning field goal for the Washington Redskins. On Sunday the Canadian kicked his fifth and final field goal of the game, in overtime, to give the Redskins a dramatic 23-20 win over the New York Jets...
InClement Weather: Free Agency Countdown
With the clock ready to strike midnight and open up the free agency floodgates, I'd like to remind people that it was the J-E-T-S that outspent everyone last year. While they improved five games from the previous campaign, it wasn't enough as 9-7 was two games out of the AFC East. Yes, they were 8-3 before someone's arm went out, too. I remember.Yeah, it still stings...

After two benchings, Cable's approach with Raiders starting to come into clearer focus
When the Raiders fired Lane Kiffin and promoted Tom Cable to the job of interim coach, I wasn't sure what, if anything, would truly change. Well, other than the fact that Cable wouldn't snipe at Al Davis the way Kiffin did, and he'd probably let JaMarcus Russell throw a few more passes.
This week I started getting a clearer picture of Cable's coaching approach.
