Quentin Jammer, who averages about two interceptions a year, came up with his first of 2009 to halt the opening drive of the season inside the red zone. But with the Chargers driving for the potential tying touchdown, LaDainian Tomlinson lost a fumble inside the Oakland 20 and Michael Huff recovered for Oakland.
