PHILADELPHIA - With the way he's been playing lately, it's hard to fault Tony Romo's decision-making. Still, he's not perfect. Case in point, he couldn't find a wide-open Jason Witten in the end zone for a TD just before halftime. Witten was all alone in the corner while Romo scrambled away from the Eagles pass rush. After gaining time to set his feet, Romo threw to a well-covered Miles Austin along the goal line. The ball deflected away from Austin, while Witten was waving his hands in vain. With that golden opportunity missed, Dallas had to settle for a 22-yard Nick Folk field goal with 4 second left, making it 10-6 Cowboys at the break.
