      think the Eagles wold be looking at him for a return man moreso than a WR. We have PLENTY of undersized WR's and certainly dont need another one.

    i watched PSU for 4 years and Williams is not worth a 1st rounder, and he isn't as fast as Desean but he's definately worth a late 2nd or 3rd round pick, but he'd never be a #1 WR, at best a slot #3 guy and return specialist....
