Teams dropping from Chillar race

As time goes by teams keep dropping from the race to sign St Louis Rams LB Brandon Chillar. Teams aren't dropping from the race by the usual reasons thou, health scares, price, years, etc it's because of his insistence on waiting for the Arizona Cardinals. Chillar, originally from California, would love nothing better then to play closer to home. The best option for him to do so is to play for the Cardinals, so he's waiting for them.
