Hey Big D! I'm a born and bred Philly Fan, and I live and die with all of our Philly Teams. With the Eagles and Flyers being tied for my favorite. I'm glad to see you moving well, and that your knee seems to be holding up well. My first question is will you be wearing a brace of some sort on the knee during games, and will that slow your mobility down at all? And second, I hope this won't offend you, but I've noticed that your touch on short passes just isn't there sometimes... What, if anything, are you doing to work on your short game and touch? Mr. McNabb, who do you usually invite to your Arizona workouts? I was always under the impression it was mostly your current teammates to work on timing and chemistry.

Great video. For those of us who stopped at high school it is interesting to see work regiments. I would also be interested in opinons on workouts. What tye of workout is strength buiding vs. stamina. Warm ups vs. cool down and so on. Keep up the hard work as everyone is stating and lead them in 2007.

These types of things you do on your own time is what is going to make the difference and lead to the Eagles to that pinnacle. Continuing to lead the NFC East is great, but you seem to do everything you possibly can to take it to the next level and beyond. I can't even express how much I appreciate your continued dedication and "Hard Work" through all the muck you tend to have to deal with every season. *Clapping furiously over here*

Great vid Mac!!! I love seeing this kind of stuff. I played football in college here in Omaha, but quit my 2nd year(biggest regret ever). This stuff reminds me of summer workouts back in the day. Thanks for posting it.

First and foremost thanks for posting videos on this blog. It truly is a class act from a classy individual. The workout was very impressive - it seems as though your rehab is going well. I know that you're going to come out and light it up this year, and that this team is going to accomplish many great feats this season. No matter what the media may like to portray, you are a hero in this city, and you are a great champion.

Let me preface this statement by saying that I'm a huge fan of yours Donovan. Okay now for the hard part. I reside in Southern New Jersey and have been watching clip after clip of you on our local news. To me you look okay, but nowhere near ready to go. You still seem to be favoring the knee, and your footwork looks to be going through your head first. Not good. However, I will wait to formulate my true opinion once I see you in person at camp. Good luck, but maybe you should wait until week 8?

I know you are gonna have a MVP season and prove everybody that doubting u and i can't wait to see u in action in 07. You looking good out in practice in dat video McNabb. The other day, u was saying your knee was around 75% but even if that's true heading into the Regular Season (Week 1 against Green Bay), you are STILL AN ELITE QB easily capable of leading the Eagles to the Super Bowl!! I still remember when u threw 4 TD's in 2002 against the Arizona Cardinals on a broken ankle! Anybody doubting u and your abilities don't know what they taking about.

This is going to be a great year i have a good feeling about this one. Dont rush yourself and use that knee brace as long as you like dont worry about what people are saying about it.
