PLAYERS: Troy Polamalu
Most hardcore Steelers fans would be able to tell you that Troy Polamalu has a pretty odd training routine in the offseason. He never lifts a weight over 20lbs... he focuses on range of motion, intervals, quickness, and stretching. Pretty unique considering the typical NFL workout revolves around power and heavy weights. I've never actually seen video of one of Troy's workouts until today. Enjoy.

Whatever works. It definitely works for him. He's one of my favorite DB's in the NFL.

I totally believe in his type of workouts. Remember Hirshcell Walker trained by running,Pushups, situps and basic calistetics(sp?). Good for him. seems to work.

Would be pretty interesting to hear the conversation between Troy and any player who mocks that workout after Polamalu knocks his teeth out an earhole. Love this guy.

I just can't seem to get any body tone doing all of these 16 oz. curls though. Been working out for years. You would think all of those repetitions would have built some muscle, but it sure has put some padding around the midsection.
