  After "then sprained his MCL ... ", you left of "then lost his mind...." The other players need a quarterback who can lead them through tough times. Vince may very well get to that point, but he will have to completely reprove himself. What he did at Texas is done and gone. This is the big time!

  Vince at best is an average QB and this has been proven his first couple of seasons in the NFL. In order for Young to grow and get better his best move might be to push to play elsewhere..

  Ok let him walk. They can the same type of player in a QB this year in the 2-5 round[Talking About Tebow] The same thing is gonna happen to Matt Leinart Let them go trade them while they have value

    The difference may be that Tim Tebow may have a little stronger will to win and desire to compete. I say that and then question myself because Vince definitely showed incredible will in the BCS game against USC. I guess that's why it's hard to translate the game of college football to the NFL.

      exactly Tebow does have a stronger will to win. Vince I think lost his will when he couldn't get over the hump and make a winning team in the NFL

      Vince Young is a prime example, great College players, and he was a great College player. Don't necessarily translate into great NFL players. The NFL is a tough league to be a quaterback in.

        I don't think this problem has anything to do with the translation,I think Kerry Collins played well when his turn came up thats all.

        He can be another vick type but his team was terriable at the time meaning he need to go into a team where it was where vick was. The titans scheme aint young type. He gotta be loose and get wit it. He need to be in the run and fun then he would be that dude

  His mental was not there last year and Collins took his spot. This is a whole new year for him to try and get his job back. That is how it should be and if he is the better man then he should start. Only if he deserves it.

  He can't throw the ball worth a flip and he's not going to win games on a consistent basis in the NFL with just his legs.

  The Titans do need to do something to get him on the field. Utilize him as a Reciever in the Red Zone, he's huge a 6' 5" target in short yardage. Create a package of plays where Vince runs the wildcat, do something. He may not yet be an NFL caliber QB, but when he's played, they've won. And that is a lot of money you got sitting on the bench running the scout team in practice.

      Thanks man, i thought so. It's gotta hurt fan preceptions seeing a boat load of money sitting on the bench. Use him as a decoy or something, try to get your monies worth. There is a no return poicy on busted draft picks.
