Wade Phillips offers up little info on Marion Barber

With a Monday game, the Cowboys do not have to file a practice participation report with the NFL, so Wade Phillips would not say whether Marion Barber practiced or how the running back looked. "We don't want to comment on injuries today in case somebody in another city would find out," said Phillips. Barber was in shoulder pads during the portion of practice that is open to the media and did not appear to be favoring his left leg in the brief time we saw him move around. Barber said earlier today he wants to play, but he was vague in his comments. The extra day of preparation should help his quadriceps strain, but Phillips is glad to have Felix Jones and Tashard Choice. "You don't want anybody banged up but it's a strong area for us," Phillips said.
