The Bengals? Is This 1989?
Somebody wake me, or is it 1989 again? The Cincinnati Bengals are tied for first place in the AFC North with the Baltimore Ravens at 3-1, and they're one crazy Immaculate Deflection away from 4-0. What in the name of Boobie Clark is going on here? Well, it might be a bit early to start ordering Super Bowl tickets just yet. The Bengals did let the horrible Cleveland Browns hang around...

Brady Quinn Goes to House of Blues, Gets Clowned by Common
by Ryan WilsonFiled under: NFLRelatively speaking, it was a good week for Brady Quinn. He didn't spend Sunday afternoon getting body slammed, and for the first time all season, he wasn't primarily responsible for the Browns losing. Grandma Frownie Always Said . . .
There's no such thing as a tough loss when the home team covers the spread. One thing Grandma would never say?Mostly because Grams would ride any whip that could safely get her from point A to point B.Other food for thought in the wake of yesterday's glorious cover in Brownstown: The defense sure looks decent when the offense gives it a chance to catch its breath. And maybe...
