Indianapolis Colts rookie tight end Coby Fleener filled in for Peter King of SI.com for his weekly Monday Morning Quarterback piece and wrote about last week’s rookie symosium. One of the most shocking things that he mentioned, was that Bengals cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones claimed that he spent $1 million in one weekend.
Terrell Owens was on stage with Jones and turned to him and said, ”Man, you crazy!”
Jones told the rookies that 90 percent of his childhood friends that within a few years of him, are either dead of in prison. He also credited NFL commissioner Roger Goodell for helping him change and says he only had himself to blame for being suspended.
I can’t imagine what you can blow $1 million on in one weekend.

New NFL Blackout Rules Ease Concerns for Indianapolis Colts Fans
For Indianapolis Colts fans more accustomed to settling into their recliner on Sunday afternoons to watch the Colts than a seat at Lucas Oil Stadium, the NFL's new guidelines for local television blackouts will come as a welcome bit of news.

It All Starts with the O-line
The offensive line this upcoming season must be solid or Andrew Luck and the offense will fail to take off.
First, let's breakdown the positives and negatives the current offensive line of the Colts:

Rookie Coaches with the best chance to win in 2012
Every year coaches come and go in the NFL, and while some struggle as a Head Coach others transition well. Nate on the two year rebuild
Nate Dunlevy and I both believe this team not only can, but must rebuild in two years. We also agree that the Colts have solved their one glaring problem quite convincingly:
If Andrew Luck is destined to be a good pro, let alone a great one, the Colts will be in solid shape offensively in just a couple of years.
The single biggest factor that leads to long rebuild windows is a...
Colts restrict public access to camp
In a surprise move the Colts will not open both training camp sessions each day as they have in the past:
In a new wrinkle, the only practice open to the public each day will be the afternoon’s 1:50-4:30 p.m. workout (except for the two night practices Aug. 7 and Aug. 16). The only morning workout open to fans will be the last day, Aug. 17, when the team is scheduled to go from...

Arians to lead a "flexible" offense
Mel Kiper (yeah, I know) thinks offensive coordinator Bruce Arians will likely employ a fairly flexible offense designed to take advantage of matchups. Paul Kuharsky responds:
Kuharsky: The question about a flexible offense that shows a lot of looks is how a patchwork offensive line will function as part of it all. The team is counting on three veteran additions -- center Samson...

Klassic King Is A One-Man Horse Race To The Bottom
When last we left retching word blender Peter King, he had just embarked on a month of slothful respite from the slothful travails of a person who contributes nothing. He also made it clear that there has been and will be no final score in NFL history...
