Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson set out a few tweets regarding his arrest at a Houston nightclub, telling his fans “Thank you for waiting for the facts,” [the] “truth will surface.”

Adrian Peterson’s father, Nelson Peterson, says that his son was mistreated by the police and not the perpetrator, when he was arrested and charged with resisting arrest in a Houston bar over the weekend.
