Larry Johnson, the man who once pitched Chris Mottram on the idea of selling crack, is using social media to make new friends. And by make new friends, I mean call out his coach and use homophobic slurs. Yay, Twitter! Those two tweets above were regrettable. Johnson is having a terrible season though, at 358 yards on 132 carries. The average of 2.7 yards per carry is well below his career average of 4.4. He hasn't found the end zone yet this season. Sure, frustration is understandable, but keep it in house. Maybe air it out to your boys. Don't be stupid and put it out there for everyone to see. (Although, now Johnson has clearly learned his lesson and made his Twitter account private.) When one user on Twitter, jaredlaunius, called out L.J.'s hypocriscy of criticizing his coach given his own poor play, it didn't end well. He lashed out and used a homophobic slur.
