GREEN BAY, Wis. - Wade Phillips apparently failed to fire up the troops at halftime. On the Cowboys' first play of the second half, Marion Barber lost 1 yards. On second down, Tony Romo got sacked for an 8-yard loss. On third down, he got flushed out of the pocket and threw incomplete while Andre Gurode got flagged for being an ineligible receiver downfield. Oh, and the Cowboys got only three first down in the first half while getting shut out for the second time before halftime this season. The Cowboys also got blanked in the first half against Carolina in Week 3 but rallied to win 21-7.
