Report: Lions to sign OG Davis

The Detroit Lions are planning to sign former Pro Bowl offensive guard Leonard Davis. Scout.com, citing a league source, reported that Davis had a tryout with the team Thursday. The 33-year-old Davis was released by the Dallas Cowboys in July. A former first-round draft pick of Arizona in 2001, Davis has started 153 career games.
