The hiring of Monte Kiffin as the new defensive coordinator of the Dallas Cowboys is actually a big change for the Dallas Cowboys. Since the Bill Parcells era of the Cowboys. The Dallas Cowboys have been a 3-4 defense style team for an entire decade. Why, because Jerry Jones seemed to covet the 3-4 defense as the defense for a dominant team. However with the failures of the 3-4 on various teams including the Cowboys, has led Jones to make a big change, with large ramifications. That change is to turn the Cowboys defense into a Tampa 2 scheme.
The first difference in the defense is a change from the 3-4 to the 4-3, but the Tampa 2 defense is more complex than that.… Read more

Rob Ryan is a defensive genius.

That’s Jerry's way to throwing his fans a bone. Its just like re branding an old product and calling it”new and improved” The “new” Tampa 2 has been around for at least 15 years. Jerry’s got “new “ wrinkles as old as the Tampa 2. The NFL offensives has deciphered the Tampa 2 by now.
As for Garrett not calling plays, how will Bill Callahan be any better? Does anyone remember watching the Raiders being destroyed in the Super Bowl with Callahan calling plays. He was so successful calling plays that the ended up coaching at Nebraska.
Whats not''new and improved” will be Hillbilly Joe Bob, Jerry Jones making all football decisions. That’s the big advantage for all of teams on the schedule. Leave it to Hillbilly Joe Bob, Jerry to make the same stupid decisions he's made for the past 15 years. I see a “new and improved” 8-8 season in the future.
dallas. I haven't lost any money betting on the Cowboys, that would be my fault if I did.
I give the owner and investor the permit to run his business. Do you want to take his money and pay for your healthcare or to pay all the salaries that Jones pays.
I guess what I am saying is,"Don't tell me how to run my business unless you have an investment in it other than betting or buying a ticket which is both your decissions and the only ones you get.
