According to Michael Lombardi of the NFL Network via Evan Silva, there was a rumor that former Indianapolis Colts Vice Chairman Bill Polian and general manager Chris Polian liked Robert Griffin III more then Andrew Luck. Of course this is just a rumor, but we thought it was interesting because if it’s true, it might be why they were fired by Colts owner Jim Irsay. I’m obviously just speculating, but what if Irsay has only wanted to draft Luck all along and the Polians were leaning more towards Griffin III?  We’d then have a power struggle, and in the end, Irsay would clearly win, since he holds all of the cards. But once again, this is just a rumor and thought it was very intriguing.
