Buffalo Bills cornerback Terrence McGee and veteran linebacker Shawne Merriman left Sunday's season-opening game with respective injures. McGee suffered a hamstring injury while Merriman suffered a shoulder ailment. McGee assisted on a tackle of Kansas City tight end Leonard Pope and was slow to get up. He was helped to the sideline and was not expected to return. The 30-year-old McGee was hampered by injuries last season, collecting just 18 tackles in nine games. Merriman has also had his fair share of injuries as of late. The 27-year-old Merriman was injured prior to playing a game with the Bills last season.
