The Buffalo Bills' spiralling season reached a new low Wednesday as the club placed a second placekicker on injured reserve.Dave Rayner was put on season-ending IR with an undisclosed injury. Rayner dealt with a groin issue earlier this month, but it wasn't immediately clear whether Wednesday's move was related to that injury.Rayner took over the kicking duties in early November after regular starter Rian Lindell went down with a shoulder injury and was placed on injured reserve.Rayner, 29, hit on 10 of 15 field-goal attempts and all 13 extra-point chances.The Bills signed Brandon Coutu to replace Rayner. Coutu will kick in Buffalo's season finale against the New England Patriots.
