Buffalo Bills C.J. Spiller was carted off the field today with a shoulder injury and could miss significant time. Spiller was the NFL’s leading rusher coming into Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns and it’s a bad day for fantasy owners and a bad day for Bills fans that already have to deal with the loss of Fred Jackson for some significant time. Jackson won’t be ready for game action until Week 5 and if Spiller misses significant time it will be chilling for Bills fans who have seemed to find lightning in a bottle with Spiller.
