Henne’s performance may have sealed Gabbert’s fate for the remainder of the season, making it a safe decision to put Gabbert on season ending IR for an “elbow bruise.” Could be a conspiracy theory, but it is amazing how quarterbacks who fail to live up to expectations often end up on the injury report; thus, covering up the mistakes the organizations made when drafting them.
