Piggy-backing on Chris Liss' "non-obvious predictions" for the upcoming season, here are a few of my own:
1) Daryl Richardson wins the battle of the Richardsons
Trent Richardson is everyone's fantasy darling right now, starring in NFL Network commercials about how he's going to carry you to victory, while Daryl Richardson is a guy who's an RB2 afterthought in most leagues. I'll go out on that limb though, and predict Daryl will rack up more fantasy points this season than Trent. The Ram is a better pass catcher, and Jeff Fisher knows how to get the most out of his running backs. Of course Norv Turner also has a bit of a track record when it comes to productive RBs (see: Smith, Emmitt) but Trent hasn't managed to stay healthy for more than about three weeks at a stretch yet in his brief career, and every injury seems to be to his lower body. I say he breaks down again, Daryl hangs onto his job in an improving St. Louis offense, and proves to be...

We’re committed to our users here and endeavor to answer every question that comes in via email, twitter, or other formats. Today’s mailbag yields a particularly challenging question that I’d like to share broadly. Via twitter @nathanavery23 asks: D. Rich from STL or K. Thompkins? Flex PPR. I’m a bit of a traditionalist when assessing RB vs. WR flex questions. All things...
I had the great opportunity to personally get in touch with NFL Running Back for the St. Louis Rams, Daryl Richardson. Not only is Richardson one of the primer young halfbacks in the league, but also a humanitarian who is heavily involved in the community. The Abilene Christian University 2012 7th-round draft pick turned NFL starter is destined for great things–phenomenal talent...
By this time next week, we’ll be talking about real live NFL action and whether or not the Browns won or not. Isn’t it exciting? Well, it could be, but that largely depends on whether the Browns come out and beat the Dolphins to open the season. And whether they can do that depends in a large part on Trent Richardson.
Craig: So with all the talk about...
Trent Richardson’s role as workhorse was never in doubt.
After season-ending injuries to Montario Hardesty and Dion Lewis it couldn’t be more obvious.
When the Browns cut the roster to 53 on Saturday they kept Chris Ogbonnaya and Brandon Jackson as the only backup running backs. The grouping didn’t last long as Bobby Rainey (5-foot-8 212 pounds) and Dennis Johnson (5-7 196...
After another losing season that resulted in a fourth-place finish in the AFC North, the Cleveland Browns were once again forced to start over and bring in a new coaching staff for 2013, and head into the upcoming regular-season with their hopes placed squarely on the shoulders of two
The Browns have launched a new fan website in anticipation of Sunday’s home opener. The team will be giving away prizes every hour until 10:00 pm tonight.

Earlier this week, we heard from Craig on where the bar is set for the 2013 Cleveland Browns. Given that expectations and predictions are undoubtedly different, we here at WFNY provide you with what we feel will happen between today and the conclusion of the regular season. Do enjoy.
1. Fill in the blanks: Trent Richardson will play ___ games and finish with ____ yards and ____ total...
Contrary to the belief of some of the national pundits on the Internet, I am not one of those who think the Browns will be one of the surprise teams that challenge for a playoff spot this season.I do think they will be improved, but just not to the point that they are printing postseason tickets just yet.Brandon Weeden, Trent Richardson, Joe Haden and all the kiddies on the playground...
The Diff is your weekly WFNY look into the amazing world of sports statistics. For a complete log of articles, click this link. Last week, I wrote about Chris Perez’s future in Cleveland, stealing off my colleague Jon. Now, I’m sharing some NFL stats as the season begins tonight.

However, that doesn’t mean your humble-but-nonetheless-bold Guru is done helping you prepare for your upcoming fantasy season.
