Ogbongbemiga will head to the Midwest and join his former Charger teammate, Allen. The deal is worth one year, $2.1 million.
The 25-year-old appeared in 47 games in his first three seasons. He recorded 36 total tackles, two tackles for loss, two quarterback hits, and two fumble recoveries. The former Oklahoma State Cowboy signed as an undrafted free agent in May 2021.
The Nigerian native played 80% of the Chargers special teams snaps in 2023 and earned himself another contract in the NFL. We wish him the best in Chicago.
