Found September 11, 2013 on NFL Injury Report:
Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Bradley Fletcher suffered a concussion during Monday night's 33-27 win over the Washington Redskins, according to Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk. Fletcher will not be able to return to action until he passes the NFL's standard concussion protocol. He is currently listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the San Diego Chargers. With Fletcher's absence, second-year cornerback Brandon Boykin will likely move to the outside corner role that Fletcher normally occupies. Boykin had a nice outing Monday night as a slot cornerback, recording seven tackles, and intercepted one of Robert Griffin III's passes. The Eagles added some depth at cornerback by re-signing Brandon Hughes, just a few days after cutting him last Saturday. Hughes suffered a broken hand in the third preseason game and was not going to be available for Week 1. By cutting him and bringing him back, the Eagles saved some money as they would have had to pay Hughes' entire salary if he was on the roster for the whole season.Follow @TheNFLInjuryRpt Looking for fantasy football advice?Follow Chris Hecker on Twitter: @HeckDynasty

Michael Vick was “hobbling” after Monday night’s win

According to,  Eagles quarterback Michael Vick was seen hobbling after last night’s win over the Redskins. Vick had a great game, but took way too many shots and failed to protect himself, which isn’t a surprise given his injury history. I find it really interesting that Eagles head coach Chip Kelly and Vick aren’t worried about him getting injured.  Sadly enough...

Eagles' new-look defense quite impressive, too

While Chip Kelly's offense received most of the attention for a sensational start, the Philadelphia Eagles' defense also had an impressive debut. That's the bigger surprise. The Eagles were expected to score plenty of points with Michael Vick, LeSean McCoy and DeSean Jackson playing in Kelly's up-tempo offense. But the defense figured to have some growing pains...
