Brandon Lloyd is starting to be considered a disappointment for the New England Patriots and especially for fantasy owners who expected solid numbers.
It was the first time Lloyd posted fewer than three catches or 34 yards as a member of the Patriots and now the media is starting to get anxious.
The Providence Journal Patriots Blog, stated today- “Nobody expected him to be the second coming of Randy Moss, but, when the Patriots signed Brandon Lloyd as a free agent from the Rams, it was hoped that he’d at least provide a semblance of the deep threat the Pats have been lacking since sending Moss to Minnesota four games into the 2010 season. That he’d be a guy who could stretch opposing defenses. Instead, he’s been a disappointment.”
