Brandon Spikes isn't going to change his style of play. In the words of his head coach, it is what it is. After less than flattering comments from Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick and teammates, Spikes isn't bothered by all the noise. When asked if the comments hurt, he told the Boston Globe, “Not at all. Everybody has their opinion, and they can say what they want, but I’m just doing my job." Fitzpatrick said after the game last Sunday, “I think he’s a punk at times. Not one of my favorite players. Not high on my list.” His hit on running back Fred Jackson and subsequent muscle flex prompted a threat from fellow back Tashard Choice, remarking that Spikes will "get his.", but Spikes isn't worried by the talk. “I’m a passionate player,” Spikes said. “I love what I do. I get a kick out of it. I go to bed thinking about ball, I wake up thinking about ball. You can see it when I’m playing.” As of Thursday, Spikes has not heard from the league on a possible fine for his hit of Fitzpatrick,
