Monday Night Football was beyond rough to watch. The Jets looked like the New England Patriots on Sunday and the AFC East is starting to resemble the Ivy League. I was good and ready to watch some football last night - I had a few bottles of perfectly chilled Smutty Nose Pumpkin ale, a bag of Snyder's pretzels, a few freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and some tasty Haribo gummi bears. (Haribo is the preferred choice for the discriminating gummi bear patron.) Alright, it's a lethal concoction of beer and assorted snacks, but this is true comfort food.
