Normally teams will praise a player to no ends in order to get said player to sign with them. With cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie the Denver Broncos took a different approach. Via The Bradenton Harlad Rodgers-Cromartie says that it took the Broncos critiquing him to fully win him over. They told me about my flaws. Nobody had done that, and it impressed me,” Rodgers-Cromartie said Friday, wrapping up his three-day basketball camp at the Palmetto Boys and Girls Club. “They told me what I needed to work and how they would get me better instead of telling me about what I could do Rodgers-Cromartie was drafted in the first round by the Arizona Cardinals. After not showing the consistency of a first rounder he was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles and this past off season he signed with the Denver Broncos as a free agent. Rodgers-Cromartie has shown he has the skill necessary to be a top corner in the league. If the Broncos can get that Rodgers-Cromartie, the Broncos will see a vast improvement in their secondary that failed them in the final moments of regulation in last year’s playoffs. The Broncos are heading into the 2013 season as heavy favorites to not only win the AFC, but the Super Bowl as well. Need NFL Tickets? Recruiting typically focuses on the positive attributes of a player. The Denver Broncos recruitment of Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie did anything but that. The Broncos are doing what they can to bring a Super Bowl championship to Denver. They know that Peyton Manning will not last more than a couple seasons (if that) so while they have one of the

Defensive tackle Sylvester Williams clearly made his impression on the Denver Broncos being a 6’3” 313 pound defensive tackle from North Carolina. After his one season at Jefferson City High School in Missouri, he said he was done with football and was working in a factory after graduation. Clearly Williams wasn’t satisfied...
According to the National Football Post, the Denver Broncos and left tackle Ryan Clady aren’t close to getting a contract done.
The Broncos and franchise left tackle Ryan Clady resumed negotiations on a potential long-term contract extension earlier this month, but aren’t close to a deal. The representatives for Clady, who is key to the protection of Manning, are preparing...
Denver Broncos cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie was used to coaches telling him about his talents, but in Denver they point out his flaws.
It's a refreshing statement from a player who is considered extremely talented, but has underachieved in his career.
Rodgers-Cromartie was drafted by the Cardinals in the first round (16th overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft.
Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning told DenverBronocs.com that they’ve been studying how the Patriots used Wes Welker during his time in New England.
“I’d be lying if I told you we have not studied what worked well for Wes in New England,” Manning said. “There’s certain pass patterns and certain things that he’s done so well for so long, you’d be crazy not to copy...
Wes Welker was the most productive wide receiver in the NFL during his six seasons with the New England Patriots. He and Tom Brady had as much chemistry as any quarterback-receiver combination in football history, and Welker will be trying to recreate some of that with the Denver Broncos in 2013. While Denver and New [...]
Wes Welker used to be Tom Brady's favorite target, but now it's likely that his number of targets will take a dramatic step backwards. That's largely thanks to the level of talent at the wide receiver position the Broncos have compared to that of the Patriots. Still, the Broncos aren't dumb, and they'll be making sure Wes Welker is comfortable by giving him familiar...
Len Pasquarelli of the National Football Post reports that the Broncos and LT Ryan Clady “aren’t close” to reaching an agreement on a long-term extension.
Pasquarelli adds that the two sides have resumed talks in recent week and the Broncos have reportedly extended Clady an offer.
Clady’s reps are reportedly preparing a counter offer.
Previous reports have indicated...
Karma is a b****, and the New England Patriots might be feeling her wrath after their mistreatment of former wide receiver Wes Welker. Welker who has been the Patriots most productive receiver over the last six seasons, was unceremoniously allowed to walk in free agency as the Patriots opted for a youth movement in their receiving corps.CLICK HERE TO READ MORE »
