ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Browns have reached an agreement with former Bills WR David Nelson on a one-year deal. Mary Kay Cabot reported earlier in the day that the Browns were “close” to reaching a deal Nelson. Nelson, 26, visited with the Browns last week, but is coming off of a torn ACL, so there’s at least some concerns regarding his overall effectiveness moving forward.
