Former Penn State defensive back Bryan Scott is still in the NFL and doing well with suprising Buffalo. Scott has two interceptions for the surprising 3-1 Bills, who host the Eagles on Sunday. For a story on Buffalo that includes an update on Scott, click here.

The Bills rank fourth in the NFL in yards per carry average at 5.3 per rush, but they’re 16th in carries on the season with 104 in four games. Part of that can be chalked up to coming from behind in games and having to throw, and part of it can be the recent struggles on third down conversions. But head coach Chan Gailey said it’s also part of their offensive identity.

When the Bills host the Eagles at the Ralph Week 5, both teams have a lot on the line. The Eagles will be looking to end their three-game losing streak and climb out of last place in their division. The Bills will be vying to stay on top in the AFC East, currently tied with the Patriots. It might only be the fifth week of the season but the stakes are already high.
