Dallas Cowboys-related Tweet of the Week: @espn_macmahon “The Hakeem Nicks of this postseason is what the Cowboys hope Dez Bryant becomes.”
I have to admit: I was struggling with a topic to write about for this week, since many Cowboys writers are either talking about the upcoming draft or the coaching changes. Then, I read Tonni Shook’s article about Tony Romo, which garnered over 50 comments and I knew I had found my next topic. For some reason, people still blame Tony for the disappointing 2011 season. I know I’m not the only person that’s shocked by this; Tony may have lost the Detroit and Jets game, but it was most definitely the defense and/or O-line that gave away the Patriots game, Arizona game, both Eagles games, and both Giants games. Not to mention the man had his best statistical season ever. Before I go off on my soap box, let me show everybody who we had under center during BT (Before Tony): The Dark Ages In Dallas Cowboys Quarterbacks aft...

Source: Dez Bryant Gets into Physical Altercation at Club Play in Miami
Hakeem Nicks is everything the Cowboys hope that Dez Bryant becomes one day.
For right now though he has simply underachieved, partly his fault and partly the fault of how the Cowboys use him.

So Dez Bryant Beefing With Weezy At Club LIV In Miami Over The Weekend
Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant is a dumb thug, this we know.
He got suspended at Oklahoma State and he’s been dealing with unpaid loans since he’s been in the pros. He’s supposedly got plenty of talent, though. Too bad he didn’t show it in 2011, a season where he caught 63 balls for 928 yards — not bad, but certainly not as advertised.
So what is...
Nicks has raised his game in postseason
Hakeem Nicks already has done more in the Giants' two playoff wins than many receivers do in an entire playoff run. But as impressive as Nicks' 13 catches for 280 yards and four touchdowns -- including that spectacular 37-yard reception on a Hail Mary with no time left in the first half against the Packers -- the Giants' third-year wideout says there's plenty more...
