The Buccaneers announced they have signed unrestricted free agent receiver Kevin Ogletree and unresticted free agent linebacker Jonathan Casillas. Casillas (6-1, 227) joins the Buccaneers for his fifth NFL season after spending last four years with the New Orleans Saints. He has played in 38 games, with eight starts, recording 85 tackles, 3.0 sacks, three passes defensed and two fumble recoveries. He also had nine special teams tackles. Last season, Casillas tied with for the team lead with two fumble recoveries, while playing in a career-best 14 games. In 2011, Casillas started five of the 13 games in which he appeared and recorded career highs with 57 tackles and three sacks, the fourth-most on the team. Ogletree (6-1, 198), spent the past four seasons with the Dallas Cowboys playing in 46 games with two starts, recording 57 receptions for 730 yards and four touchdowns. He also returned 20 kicks for 389 yards with the Cowboys. This past season, Ogletree had his best season as a pro, hauling in 32 catches for 436 yards and four touchdowns. He had a career day against the New York Giants in the first week of the season, catching eight passes for 114 yards and two touchdowns. The team also announced the signing of  restricted free agent running back LeGarrette Blount and exclusive rights free agent defensive tackle Corvey Irvin; tendered restricted free agent defensive end Daniel Te’o-Nesheim; and released linebacker Quincy Black.
