Is it a possibility that the Buccaneers and general manager Mark Dominik pushed away free agent cornerbacks? It sure seems that way.  98.7 The Fan’s Justin “The Commish” Pawlowski asked Panthers cornerback Captain Munnerlyn about the interest Tampa Bay showed him before he signed back with Carolina. His answer was interesting: I was waiting on Tampa too. They have a lot of things going on. I think they are waiting on Darrelle Revis. So I couldn’t wait any longer and I went back to Carolina. Pawlowski would go on to ask him if they were interested in him but also interested in trading for a player like Darrelle Revis: Yes, they actually talked to my agent about it. He told me ‘I think they are waiting for Darrelle Revis.’ He had talk to the G.M. (Mark Dominik)   and they’re really just waiting and trying to see when everything is going to happen. So if the Bucs did in fact inform Munnerlyn’s agent that they are waiting on the Revis trade, is that what could have happened with the other free agents corners? Could others have also been pushed away by the Bucs informing them about Revis? If it happened with one, it could have certainly happened with others. Now it appears all leverage the Bucs may have had is possibly gone. By them playing the waiting game, the Jets can now come in and wait on the Buccaneers to up their price since they essentially pushed other potential cornerback signings away. At the same time, the Buccaneers can still wait it out until New York caves in to their deal. However, the pressure is undoubtedly on the Bucs side at this point. Why the New York Jets Must Draft Defense with the 9th Pick

There's no question at all that the New York Jets offense had an abysmal 2012 season. With no run support, and no leader at the helm, the Jets offense failed to do it's job, finishing 30th in the league. This causes fans to believe that utilizing the 9th overall pick on an offensive player is the way to go. It isn't. The 2013 Offensive Draft Class is weak. There...
