After a season that consisted of one of the worst pass rushes in the NFL, the Buccaneers have released their defensive line coach Randy Melvin.  PewterReport.com was first with the story. Melvin coached alongside Greg Schiano at Rutgers from 2002-2004 and 2010. The Bucs posted the third fewest sacks in the league with 27 with the defensive line accounting for 21 of them. So it looks like Schiano was not kidding around about evaluating everything. The Bucs now need a secondary coach and a defensive line coach after a bad year in  the passing game where both aspects play a huge part against the passing game. The philosophy from Schiano of “getting the job done” does not only apply to players, but also for the coaching staff. The post Bucs release defensive line coach appeared first on The Bay Cave.
