2007 was expected to present a pivotal season for the Buffalo Bills. Expectations had risen due to an influx of young talent on both sides of the ball. Quarterback J.P. Losman was poised for a breakthrough season. The club hoped it finally found its future franchise running back in 1st round pick Marshawn Lynch, while relieving themselves of disgruntled running back Willis McGahee. The team addressed a terrible offensive line by spending a bundle on left guard Derrick Dockery and right tackle Langston Walker. Following an upbeat training camp, the club sold out nearly all of their home games and the Bills, aside from the suspended defensive end Anthony Hargrove, were a healthy group poised to make some noise in the AFC. Then the season opened against Denver.
From that point forward, Buffalo players and coaches would be tested by one of the more emotional roller coaster seasons in team history; filled with awful injuries, a few breakthrough seasons, and another unwanted QB controv...
