Bills Insider:
...Only seven NFL teams will enter the 2009 season with the same head coach and offensive, defensive and special teams coordinators as last season ? Atlanta, Buffalo, Chicago, Cincinnati, Miami, Pittsburgh and Washington. When your team is coming off three straight 7-9 seasons, that's nothing to brag about. Buffalo Bills owner Ralph Wilson believes a stable coaching staff is a plus. He also obviously doesn't believe in paying top dollar to attract proven high-quality head coaches and coordinators. Bobby April is the current exception. He's one of the NFL's best special teams coordinators and I assume he is paid accordingly.
