That's the word from Detroit Lions receiver Nate Burleson, who has heard many jokes about the accident-causing pizza the last couple days.
Burleson was trying to stop it from spilling onto the floor in his SUV early Tuesday morning when he lost control, crashed into the median and ended up breaking his forearm.
The gregarious and popular 11-year NFL veteran was back at the Lions' headquarters Friday morning and met with the media for the first time since the accident. He plans to attend Sunday's game against Chicago at Ford Field.
Burleson wasn't specific on a timetable for his return to the lineup, but he clearly expects to be back this season, sooner than many thought when the news of his accident first broke. There has been speculation that he could be back sometime in November.
"My spirits are down but physically, I am all right," Burleson told reporters at practice. "I can deal with pain. Leaving my guys (teammates) out there is the toughest part."
