Although media reports during the past week said that said running back was likely to play against the Seattle Seahawks, something during his pregame warmups must have kept Saints coach Sean Payton from playing him. With that being said, in the postgame press conference after the team’s victory over the Seahawks, Payton said that Bush has a “great chance” to play against the Cowboys during the Thanksgiving Day game. Considering the hype surrounding the Thanksgiving Day game and the the big game reputation that Bush has garned through his collegiate and NFL career, it seems unlikely that he will sit out Thursday’s game, especially after merely being listed as questionable against the Seahawks.
