The Las Vegas Raiders are continuing their preparations for their first divisional matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs this Sunday.

This Sunday's Week 12 AFC West divisional meeting between the Chiefs and Raiders offers multiple great head-to-head matchups.

One of the matchups on Sunday is Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce going head-to-head with Raiders cornerback Nate Hobbs.

Kelce is currently ranked fourth in NFL history in receving yards and receptions in all tight ends. Since the 2020 NFL regular season, the Chiefs' all-pro tight end has averaged 74 receving yards and nearly seven catches a game versus the Silver and Black defense. He has 64 receptions for 641 yards and has scored five touchdowns this season on the Chiefs offense. Kelce is coming off a Monday night football performance in which he finished the game with seven receptions for 44 yards and one receving touchdown.

On the other side, Raiders Hobbs has two takeaways and six pass deflections which is a team-high. NFL Next Gen Stats has Hobbs as the third-best slot cornerback in the league as of week 11 despite missing four games.

Hobbs had the opportunity to express his thoughts on Kelce this week to the media ahead of this Sunday's game between the Chiefs and Raiders.

"A lot of times when he gets the ball and the pocket breaks down, he's just feeling the defense," He's feeling the gaps. He runs to where he feels Patrick Mahomes can get him the ball the best at. He has a great feel for what the defensive look is. I think he's a smart player, too. Combine all that [with] pure athleticism and a super competitive mindset, you're going to get a guy like that."

With a win on Sunday, the Raiders would improve their record to 54-70-2 against the Chiefs in the regular season and 29-33-1 at home.

Be on the watch for this great matchup between Kelce and Hobbs this Sunday in Allegiant Stadium.

The Silver and Black will return home this week to celebrate Thanksgiving and take on their AFC West rival, the Kansas City Chiefs, on Sunday, November 26, at 4:25 p.m. EST/1:25 p.m. PST.
