Chargers wide receiver Malcom Floyd has been carted off the field with an apparent right knee injury.
Floyd was hurt toward the end of Monday's practice, six days after the Chargers' other starting wideout, Danario Alexander, was lost for the season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.
Floyd went down after a collision with cornerback Shareece Wright and was in obvious pain.
Rookie coach Mike McCoy says Floyd is scheduled to have an MRI exam.
Also Monday, rookie linebacker Manti Te'o said his sprained right foot is getting better. He says he ''stepped a little wrong'' in Thursday night's exhibition game against Seattle. McCoy says Te'o will be out this week, including Thursday night's exhibition at Chicago.

Beating the San Diego Chargers 31-10 was a reasonable expectation heading into this game. How the Seahawks got there was not entirely encouraging. Pre-season games are difficult to gauge in the NFL since so many players that will not be on NFL rosters are getting significant snaps. Keeping an eye on how the starters...
