by Chris BurkeFiled under: NFL Police BlotterWe're getting pretty close to the point where Charles Rogers' potential as a discussion topic dries up. The former NFL wide receiver had yet another run-in with the law Wednesday when he was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) in Michigan -- the state's version of the more common DUI.Police found Rogers unresponsive behind the wheel of his car, with the car running and in gear. Rogers failed a field sobriety test, then was charged with both the OWI and operating a motor vehicle with an invalid license, charges that could carry punishments of up to three months in jail and fines of $500.Charles Rogers Arrested in Michigan, Charged With Drunk Driving originally appeared on Fanhouse NFL Blog on Thu, 17 Sep 2009 14:30:00 EST .
