Last Saturday the Cowboys called Chauncey Washington up from the practice squad to play agianst Denver and they could do the same thing this week. With Felix Jones missing his second straight game with a knee injury and Marion Barber not yet 100 percent with a quadriceps injury, the Cowboys need some running back protection as well as special teams' help. Washington had one tackle last week vs. Denver but was cut on Monday to make room for cornerback Cletis Gordon. Washington said he has not been told yet if he would play Sunday vs. Kansas City. In order to make room for Washington the Cowboys would have to make a roster move. Last week they cut safety Marvin White with the intention of bringing him back but he was claimed by Detroit. They are "heavy" along the offensive line and could look at Duke Preston, Pat McQuistan or Montrae Holland as options considering none have been active for a game yet.
