The Chicago Bears finally found their head coach early Wednesday morning in Marc Trestman, along with a new offensive coordinator and special teams coach. It’s obvious the Bears are committing completely to building their offense into one of the league’s best. With the players the Bears have brought in over the past few years, why wouldn’t you commit to the offense? It would be foolish not too. But despite having Jay Cutler, Brandon Marshall, and Matt Forte, there’s still a few holes the Bears need to fill before they get too comfortable. Bears GM Phil Emery is proving he is not afraid to make bold moves. 1) Tight End I was very disappointed when the Bears traded Greg Olsen to the Panthers for a couple of draft picks. Olsen couldn’t block, but he was a damn good receiving tight end who gave the Bears more credibility in the passing game.
