Kansas City defensive back Maurice Leggett was carted off the field after making a tackle in the Chiefs' preseason game at Tampa Bay on Saturday night. Leggett was taken off the field on a body board. Players from both teams were kneeling and praying while trainers worked on Leggett. The only update given at the stadium is that Leggett has a neck injury and he will not return to the game. UPDATE: The Chiefs' website reported that Leggett was moving his arms and his legs.
